Extension activities are another of the three pillars of the University. In this sense, the Center plans to support both the actions and the extension projects for which its equipment and the knowledge of its technicians and teachers are required. In particular, the transfer of knowledge to the productive sector and integration with society are distinctive aspects of the University with unique characteristics.
In particular, CIDETIC provides services to third parties (external) both for advice and development of software products, training courses and allocation of resources of the Center for data processing. All these activities are coordinated with the Technical Assistance Center of the University (CATEC).
